Located in central Chico, Bikram's Yoga College of India offers a clean and safe environment suitable for students of all ages and levels of ability. All of our instructors studied with Bikram himself at his 9-week teacher training program in Los Angeles, CA and are certified to teach his method. This newly constructed studio is equipped with separate men's and women’s changing rooms, each with it's own shower facilities, as well as a beautifully spacious lobby with a variety of yoga accessories available for purchase (yoga mats, water bottles, clothing, etc.).
